Italian Salad Dressing

All you need :
Serves 8 - 10
For 1 cup (250 ml/8 oz)
½ the pouch of Italian Salad Dressing Seasoning Mix (approx.. 30 ml/2 Tbsp.)
15ml (1 tbsp.) freshly squeezed lemon juice
80ml (1/3 cup) red wine vinegar
2.5ml (1/2 tsp.) sugar
160ml (2/3 cup ) olive oil
30 ml (2 Tbsp.) Parmesan cheese (optional)

All you do:
In a mason jar add lemon juice, vinegar, salad dressing seasonings and the sugar, close the jar tightly with the cap and shake well. Add the olive oil and parmesan cheese and close the jar tightly again, and shake very well to combine all ingredients and ensure a smooth texture. Let sit for minimum1 hour before serving.
Toss the dressing over your favorite combination of lettuces, cucumber, tomatoes etc…
