Beer BBQ Pork Chops

Marinated Pork Chops, with our Beer Can Chicken Seasoning, full of taste, easy to prepare.

Yields6 Servings
ALL YOU NEED
 6 - 5 cm (1 in) thick pork chops
355 ml (12 oz) can beer
30 ml (2 tbsp) brown sugar
30 ml (2 tbsp) canola oil
ALL YOU DO
1

Blend last 4 ingredients well in a large baking pan.

2

Add pork chops, making sure chops are well covered with marinade. Marinate from 1-2 hours. Turn chops every half hour, if necessary.

3

Prepare barbecue grill to medium high temperature. Carefully place chops on grill, do not close lid on cover as the fat & marinade will likely drop onto the flame and cause flaring. Reduce temperature of grill to help to avoid the flaring. Turn carefully after 5-6 minutes, making sure chops are not burning. Brush with any leftover marinade.

4

Continue cooking until meat is well cooked and no longer pink inside. (you may check for doneness by removing one of the chops and cutting through it with a knife, if it is very pink inside, put it back on the grill for another 10 minutes).
